These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and any services offered by LexiCrafts, operated by Cojocaru Ionela, Persoana Fizica Autorizata (PFA), registered in Gorj County, Targu-Jiu, Romania, with CUI 46838332 and EUID RO ONRC.F2023000150182. By submitting the contact form or otherwise engaging with the services described on this website, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Services: LexiCrafts provides remote virtual assistant services, including but not limited to translation, subtitling, call support, data entry, clerical work, and the setup of digital tools and applications. Legal and medical translation are not included in the scope of services offered. All services are provided remotely, on a contracted, freelance basis, following mutual agreement on the specific scope, timeline and price for each project.
2. No Responsibility for Data Storage: This website and its operator are not responsible for the long-term storage of any personal data submitted by users. Data provided through the contact form is used only for the purpose of discussing, and where applicable contracting, a service, and is deleted according to the rules described in our GDPR notice.
3. Deletion of Data: If no contract is signed following an inquiry, all personal data submitted through this website is deleted. Data is also deleted automatically if a sent offer is rejected, or if no response to an offer is received within 5 days. A confirmation of deletion is sent by email once this process is complete, and a copy of the relevant data can be requested before deletion takes place.
4. Client Responsibilities: Anyone submitting an inquiry is responsible for providing accurate contact information and a complete, honest description of their project, so that a fair and accurate offer can be prepared in response.
5. Response Times: Response times may vary, since each inquiry is reviewed alongside existing client work before a reply is sent. LexiCrafts makes reasonable efforts to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner but does not guarantee a specific response time for any individual message.
6. Limitation of Liability: Services are provided on a professional, best-effort basis. To the extent permitted under Romanian and European Union law, LexiCrafts shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services rendered, beyond the value of the specific service that was contracted.
7. Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of translated, edited or otherwise processed materials transfers to the client upon full payment for the service rendered. The content of this website itself, including its text and design, remains the property of LexiCrafts and may not be copied or reproduced without prior permission.
8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from the use of this website, or from services provided under these terms, fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
9. Changes to These Terms: LexiCrafts reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website or its services after any such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
